M17 Swan Nebula. Also refered to as the Omega Nebula. Looks more like a swan to me. A single 42 second exposures with my Celestron NexStar 11 GPS, Meade DSI with a 1000 Oaks LP-1 broadband nebula filter and a HyperStar lens ( 500mm F1.9 ). August 2005.
